Do we need to be a Christian organization?

No. While I draw from Christian contemplative traditions, my workshops honor spiritual diversity and welcome folks at all stages of belief, doubt, and exploration. I am also a certified Somatic Coach and can approach workshops exclusively through that lens, if desired.

What’s the format of a typical workshop?

Each session includes a gentle rhythm of teaching, embodied or somatic practices, and time for small and large group reflection. These spaces are intentionally slow-paced and trauma-informed. I prefer to do workshops in-person, but they can also be adapted to a virtual format.

Yes! I love collaborating with communities to create something that meets your unique needs. Whether you’re planning a staff retreat, community gathering, or movement training, I offer tailored workshops rooted in healing, justice, and spiritual care.

Do you offer virtual workshops?

Yes. I offer both in-person and virtual formats. For virtual gatherings, I prioritize interactivity and create spaces that feel as grounded and connected as possible.

Most workshops are 90 minutes to 2 hours, though I also offer half-day and full-day formats. I’ll help you decide what length is best based on your goals.
